WHAT IS YOUR BOOKING PROCESS?
Once you decide which of my Wedding Collections is best for you after our consult meeting, I will send you a contract and initial invoice. To officially book your wedding date, I require a signed contract and 30% retainer deposit.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
For any of your wedding vendors, I recommend to book as soon as possible upon securing your wedding date. I book anywhere from 6 months to over a year in advance for weddings. Peak months like June and October fill up quickly, so I recommend inquiring early if you are planning a wedding in peak season.
WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR IMAGES?
I always send a preview gallery of 20-30 images within 48 hours of all my weddings and sessions, because I know you are eager to share with your friends and family. My turnaround time for full wedding collections is 6-8 weeks, and my turnaround for all other sessions is 2-3 weeks.
HOW DO WE RECEIVE OUR GALLERY?
I share all my weddings and sessions through a private online gallery service. From your online gallery, you can download your images to your computer, hard drives, phone, etc. and can easily share with friends and family.
DO YOU OFFER PRINTS & ALBUMS?
Yes! Your photos deserve to be printed and displayed. You can order prints directly through my online gallery service. Albums are priced custom based on their size and design.
HOW MANY IMAGES WILL WE RECEIVE>
For weddings, I average roughly 100 images per hour. I deliver a minimum of 800 images for weddings, but there is no limit to the number of photos I deliver. For sessions, I guarantee a minimum of 75 images.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes! I would love to come to your wedding. I am equally based in Knoxville & Nashville and don't require travel costs for events in or between either city. Travel costs outside of Tennessee are handled by a custom quote, and I'm confident we can work something out.
