I'm passionate about artfully & intentionally capturing every detail of my couples love stories. I love building meaningful relationships with each of my couples and documenting their unique love and personalities in a timeless, romantic way. Your wedding is one of the most special, sacred days of your life and deserves to be photographed with intention & care.
From weddings, to engagements, to family sessions, and every moment in-between I can wholeheartedly say that I love my job. Being trusted to capture these stories is the greatest honor and one that I don’t take lightly. This is about preserving life’s most intimate moments - these frozen glimpses in time - and telling your love story for generations to come.
a little more about me...
I am originally from and am based in Knoxville, but I went to college in Nashville and called the city home for over 6 years. My husband, Mack, and I met in school our freshman year at Belmont University and got married the summer we graduated. I split my time between Knox and Nash, and love traveling all over Tennessee for my couples sessions and weddings.
I started photographing weddings in college, and I instantly knew that this was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life, I'd always had a love of photography, but combining that with my love of love made capturing weddings my dream.
When I'm not behind a camera (or computer if we're honest) I am an avid reader, cook, and traveler. I think that those three hobbies all relate to my love of photography in a way - all somehow stemming in art, human connection, and shared experience.
WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO
I have been blessed enough to marry the love of my life, and I bring that same attitude of joy and gratitude to every wedding I shoot. I never get tired of hearing my couples exchange their vows or seeing your father beam with pride as he walks you down the aisle. Your weddings connect me with my own marriage, family, and faith, and it is the greatest gift to create art surrounding your love story.
